How does ordering a strap work?

It’s simple. Go on the website, choose your product and design it using our product builder. Once your order is placed we take your design and make it on our straps. Once we are done customizing it, we send it to you with a tracking number. If you are having trouble designing or have further questions, check out our help videos or contact us!

Do you have youth size straps?

As long as we have been customizing straps we have not seen a strap shorter than 10″ for baseball. We follow Evoshield’s standards of 10″x2″ for the strap dimensions. If you are wondering if the strap will fit your youth guard, please measure your current strap and confirm that the length is 10″.

How long does it take to make?

Most customizations are completed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Sometimes we get super busy and your order may take up to 4 days to be completed and shipped.

Do you offer colors or fonts different from what is listed?

We can use any font that you can find online if it is not listed on our website. If we can get the download file for that font, we can put it on a strap.Please contact us to use a different font!

Is this a legitimate company?

Do you do other customizations other than what is listed on the website?

Yes, we do. Products like batting gloves and nike elbow/leg guards. They are just hard to post on a customizer because there are so many different products that we would have to list. Please contact us and we will let you know if we can customize your product.

Do you offer discounts for team orders?

Indeed we do! Wholesale prices on all team orders over 6. Please contact us for special pricing and orders.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes we do. To receive a military, please contact us to receive your coupon code. Verification of service will be asked for in order to receive the discount.

What are your shipping services?

After customizing, we will email you your tracking number with estimated date of delivery. We ship US Postal Service First Class Mail with tracking. We also offer Priority and Express mail from USPS all with tracking at an additional cost. You can see these options at checkout.

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, we do. On the checkout page is where you can estimate your shipping cost. Any further questions, please contact us for a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept returns for already customized items. If your item has not been customized yet, contact us. We offer a 45-day guarantee on all our products. Click here to view our full return policy.

I'm a switch hitter? How does this work?

We are currently trying to find the best solution for switch hitters. Our straps are printed per batting side. You can order two straps or just have your’s upside down. Have an idea, let us know!
